Purpose:
The NRC Charm School is a 21st Century innovative, not-for-profit youth outreach and advocacy organization for female adolescents in the City of Paterson, New Jersey. It seeks to assist young people with academic and social development. It is my goal to provide a structured, well managed program that will train and teach young girls how to grow gracefully and elegantly into a young lady with class and style. To display the critical importance of mentoring and the impact that a caring, responsible adult can have on the life of a child.
